The Access Strategy Program is delivered in 10 x 1 hour modules across a 5 month period. See the module descriptions below for detail.

The "Access All" subscription provides access to all 10 sessions. ​ The "Access 4" subscription provides access to a choice of 4 of the 10 sessions.

 

The rolling nature of this program dictates that delegates can subscribe at any time and not miss any content. In the case of a diary clash we can offer you attendance when the session repeats (the program runs twice in a 12 month period).

Enhancement of healthcare service delivery or internal processes.

We illustrate a framework designed to support those aiming to enhance healthcare services or increase the efficiency of internal processes (for example core pharma processes) through the deployment of digital health technology.

Finalising A GTM Strategy

December 3rd 2024 (1pm - 2pm CET)

Real-world tools, techniques and processes to create a validated strategy.

Delegates will explore processes and techniques to support detailed investigation and validation of prioritized go to market options to create a tested go to market plan.

The Scoping Review

Scoping reviews can be essential precursors to strategy development.

Digital health is full of novel technologies but a specific technology strategy is often not required. We describe an approach to explore the intersection of a digital health technology with the functions and interests of a business to illustrate opportunity (and threat) as a precursor to strategy development.

Evidence Strategy

Mapping Evidence Requirements For Digital Health Product and Services.

The development and deployment of digital health products and services must consider the evidence requirements of a range of stakeholders. In this module, we share a range of strategic tools and techniques to help identify the evidence requirements of potential stakeholders to inform resource requirements and timelines as part of the planning process.

Fund Raising Strategy

A structured approach to securing grant funding & private investment.

Whilst there are many different types of public and private funders, their requirements are very similar. In this session, we share a structured and reasoned approach to securing investment which incorporates the output from many of the processes and techniques shared in other modules.
